We also have a gazebo for a wonderful view of this awesome lake located right off the boardwalk.  We have recently installed charcoal grills and picnic tables located near the boardwalk/marina.

We have a boat ramp that is free for all living/renting at Ballard's Pointe I and we also have a free parking area for your boat trailers.

This condo is smoke free and also no pets allowed.

Here's the view from our covered patio overlooking the big waters of Lake Marion and the awesome pool at Ballard's Pointe I!  Can't you just imagine sipping coffee as you sit around the patio table or kicked back in the anirondack chairs enjoying a cool drink ...all the while watching the children in the pool or on the boardwalk!  Now that is relaxation!

If you go to Google Earth and put it 123 Ballard Lane, Santee, SC it will show you exactly where the condos are located. Our unit is in Building A, Condo 419, which is the largest building and overlooks the pool and the big water! You can also see the location of the boat slips.
